Karen was the first African-Caribbean woman solicitor to set up her own practice in Birmingham City centre. Prior to setting up the practice she was a partner in a medium size firm of solicitors in Birmingham. From starting as a general practice, we have now positioned ourselves as a niche firm practicing Child Care law, Education law and Employment law.
Bailey Wright & Co. Solicitors has Legal Services Commission (formerly the Legal Aid Board) franchises in each of these three areas of law.
In March 2002 Bailey Wright & Co. Solicitors was awarded Birmingham Law Society's Sole Practitioner of the Year Award.
Karen Bailey is a member of the Children's Panel.
